From December 19th to 21st, 2025, the 2025 (Zhongshan) High-quality Development Conference of the Oil and Gas Industry and the Annual Meeting of the All-China Petroleum Industry Chamber of Commerce, hosted by the All-China Petroleum Industry Chamber of Commerce and co-organized by Beilin Energy, was successfully held in Zhongshan. Themed "Convergence, Empowerment, and Win-Win", the conference gathered nearly 200 participants, including representatives from enterprises and association leaders in the energy industry across the country. A series of thematic discussions, results announcements, and project signing activities were carried out, focusing on the path towards high-quality development of the oil and gas industry.

On the afternoon of December 19th, the participating guests visited the Belin Energy factory for a field tour. In the company's exhibition hall and production workshop, the guests gained a close understanding of Belin Energy's product layout and research and development achievements in the fields of fuel dispensing equipment, new energy charging piles, smart gas station management platforms, and gas safety monitoring equipment. The company's standardized manufacturing process, modular product design, and the integrated application of Internet of Things (IoT) and digital technology garnered widespread attention and positive feedback from the visiting guests.

During the "Connecting the World, Winning Overseas" themed sharing session on the afternoon of December 20th, Chen Yihong, General Manager of Beilin Energy, delivered a keynote speech titled "Reconstructing Product Value, Breaking the 'Crunch' to Breakthrough in Overseas Expansion" on behalf of the company.

Drawing from Bering Energy's overseas practical cases such as the West Africa mini gas station project, the South Pacific full-station construction project, and the Maldives smart refueling scenario, the presentation systematically elaborated on how the company enters different market scenarios through product innovation, system integration, and localized services, providing overseas customers with safe, efficient, and regulatory-compliant energy refueling solutions. The content of the presentation was pragmatic and specific, showcasing Bering Energy's systematic thinking and practical capabilities in international expansion, which sparked resonance and discussion among the participants.

During the conference, the All-China Petroleum Industry Chamber of Commerce held a standardization work launch ceremony, marking a new stage in the development of the industry's standardization system. Subsequently, the chamber signed strategic cooperation agreements with multiple institutions, covering areas such as legal support, joint standard development, and digital technology, to promote the formation of a collaborative industry ecosystem.

As a member unit of the All-China Petroleum Industry Chamber of Commerce and the organizer of this conference, Beilin Energy participated in the relevant agenda throughout the process and conducted docking exchanges with participating enterprises, industry organizations, etc., laying a good foundation for further expanding cooperation.
