The primary function of an analog collector is to convert continuous physical quantity signals into digital signals, allowing a computer to process and record them. This process involves the handling of analog circuits such as sensors or circuit amplifiers to ensure the accurate conversion of signals. An analog collector can acquire various physical quantities such as pressure, temperature, and displacement, and convert them into digital signals. In addition, it can also collect flow data from flow meters and pulse meters, as well as operational statuses of water pumps or valves, equipment power supply status, and door switch states. When the monitored data reaches a set value, the analog collector automatically reports alarm information, helping users promptly understand and address any abnormalities.
