Belin Energy Attends Nigeria-China Investment Dialogue

On June 13, 2025, “Nigeria-China Investment Dialogue” was successfully held in Changsha, hosted by the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Nigeria in China and co-organized by China-Africa Civil Chamber of Commerce. The Nigerian government delegation and famous Chinese enterprises including Belin Energy gathered together to discuss investment opportunities and deepen economic and trade cooperation between China and Nigeria.

As China's leading technology and service provider of automotive terminal energy equipment, Belin Energy attended the event. Mr. Wu Peng, General Manager of Marketing of the company, delivered a keynote speech at the Dialogue, sharing Belin Energy's “Intelligent Comprehensive Energy Service Station Whole-Process Planning and Implementation Plan” with Nigerian dignitaries and guests, and putting forward a proposal for the “Smart Integrated Energy Service Station Infrastructure Construction” in Nigeria. Mr. Wu Peng, General Manager of Marketing of BELIN, shared with the Nigerian dignitaries and guests the “intelligent integrated energy service station whole process planning and implementation plan”, and put forward the BELIN model for the infrastructure construction of gas stations in Nigeria, which is "from technology output to standard co-construction.

I. Innovation in Infrastructure Planning

Infrastructure planning for intelligent energy service stations adopts a data-driven methodology. Through the integration of traffic cameras, sensors and other IoT devices to collect traffic flow data, combined with AI analysis to predict long-term market demand, the station building program is scientifically determined.

Diversified Business Scenario Construction

The modern comprehensive energy service station will break through the traditional single refueling mode and form an ecological layout of "energy + service". The deployment of intelligent fuel station informationization adopts a "cloud-edge-end" collaborative architecture. The equipment layer realizes station-wide equipment interconnection through LoRa/NB-IoT; the edge computing node realizes local data processing; and the cloud data master control platform integrates AI algorithms. At the same time, the system module will cover six core functions, such as precise management of inbound and outbound inventory, tertiary oil and gas recovery, and leakage detection.

The intelligent operation system contains three major mechanisms, namely, standardized supervision, active safety, and emergency response, which ensures the sustainable competitiveness and profitability of the service station through standardization and innovative operation mode.
