Oil Pump Control: The drive board controls the oil pump by managing components such as solenoid valves to ensure the normal flow of oil.
Flow Meter Sampling: The drive board calculates the amount of fuel dispensed by collecting output information from the flow meter.
Fuel Type Control: The drive board can switch between different fuel types by controlling valves, thus meeting the needs of various vehicles.
Flow Meter Status Detection: The drive board needs to detect the status of the flow meter and collect its output information.
The construction and working principle of a fuel dispenser include several main components: oil pump, oil-gas separator, flow measurement transducer, encoder, control board, indicator device, and nozzle. When the fuel dispenser is operating, the electric motor drives the oil pump to extract fuel from the storage tank. After passing through the oil-gas separator and flow measurement transducer, the fuel is dispensed into the receiving container through the nozzle.
